don't miss getting on the love train

Mom was not able to cook dinner today as she was sick.
So who was in charge of the cooking....me!
We only have some kgs of different parts of chicken and as well as fish in the fridge.
And of course, me and and my sisters, being the picky eaters that we are, we chose chicken.
Options would be fried chicken or Adobo.
My sisters are so sick of Adobo XD
So I can only fry the wings now.
But I don't want to simply fry them, that would be so dry and boring.
So I looked around and found BBQ Sauce, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Brown Sugar and Garlic!
I have combined all of those in a pan then I added some butter.
I know this is not exactly how you prepare a Teriyaki sauce but the taste is very much the same hence the name
The sauce was so tasty I also put some of it on my rice. I just ate 2 wings though because I'm already very much satisfied!
I've sent a picture of it to the bf and he's so sad that he did not get to taste it XD
Now he's requesting me to make him ASAP
I am more than willing to make him some wings though.
Now excuse me coz I have to go buy some BBQ Sauce again! 

At last! I had the courage to make a dreamwidth account. lol.
I've been seeing this site but I never thought I would make an account myself.
Anyway, I hope that this would be a fun site for me. lol.
It's pretty much like livejournal but i must explore some more :)
